These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and [PAKD Indonesia legal entity name, e.g. PT PAKD Indonesia] ("PAKD," "we," "us"), the operator of Winx VIP (the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting an exchange, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you:

  • are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • are using the Service for yourself, not on behalf of an unauthorized third party; and
  • are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, a jurisdiction where use of the Service or crypto-asset trading is prohibited.

We may refuse or terminate access to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

2. What the Service Does

Winx VIP lets you run automated crypto trading strategies ("Bots") against your own Reku exchange account. When you connect your Reku account, you grant the Service limited, revocable permission — via a Reku API key you generate and control — to read your balance and place and manage orders on your behalf, following the strategy you selected or configured. The Service is a trading-execution and monitoring tool. It is not a broker, custodian, exchange, or financial institution.

3. Non-Custodial Model — We Never Hold Your Funds

This is the most important thing to understand about how the Service works:

  • Your funds always remain in your own Reku account. PAKD never takes custody, control, or possession of your crypto assets or fiat balances at any point.
  • You connect Reku using an API key and secret that you generate directly in your Reku account. You choose the permissions granted to that key.
  • You must never enable withdrawal permission on the API key you connect to the Service. The Service does not need withdrawal access to operate, and we do not ask for it. Granting it is entirely at your own risk and is not something we request, encourage, or require.
  • You may revoke the connection (disconnect) at any time from within the Service or directly from your Reku account's API key management page. Disconnecting stops the Service from placing further orders on your behalf; it does not affect your Reku account, your balances, or any orders already placed on the exchange.
  • Because PAKD does not custody funds, the security, solvency, and availability of your Reku account are governed by your agreement with Reku, not by PAKD.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate registration information (name, email, phone) and keeping it current;
  • maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any device or session used to access your account; and
  • all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms.

5. Fees

The Service charges a performance fee of 30% of realized profit generated by a Bot, calculated per the fee schedule shown in the app at the time of subscription. In general terms:

  • The fee applies only to realized, positive profit — a Bot that has not produced net positive realized profit is not charged.
  • The fee is calculated and, where applicable, deducted as described in the Service's fee disclosure screen ("Profit Sharing") at the time you subscribe to a Bot. That in-app disclosure, and any worked examples shown there, form part of these Terms by reference.
  • Fees may change prospectively. Any change will apply only to Bots subscribed to after the change takes effect, or as otherwise disclosed to you at subscription time.
  • The fee is compensation for use of the Service's trading strategies and infrastructure. It is separate from, and in addition to, any fees, spreads, or costs charged directly by Reku on your trades — those are between you and Reku.

6. No Investment Advice, No Guaranteed Returns

  • The Service provides automated execution of predefined or configurable trading strategies. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no Bot, strategy, or feature is a personalized recommendation suitable for your specific circumstances.
  • Past or simulated performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Trading crypto assets carries a real risk of loss, including total loss of the capital allocated to a Bot. See the separate Risk Disclosure for details, which you must read and accept before using the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for deciding whether to use the Service, which Bots to run, and how much capital to allocate. Consult an independent financial adviser if you are unsure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, fraud, or any unlawful purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or the infrastructure behind it;
  • reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service; or
  • use the Service in violation of Reku's own terms of service, or any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating this section, including any resulting Bots and exchange connections.

8. Suspension & Termination

  • You may stop using the Service, disconnect your Reku account, and request account deletion at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would expose PAKD, other users, or the Service to legal or security risk.
  • Termination does not affect obligations that by their nature should survive (e.g., accrued and unpaid fees, limitation of liability, indemnification).

9. Service Availability

The Service, and the Bots it runs, depend on third-party infrastructure (including Reku's own systems, network connectivity, and cloud hosting) that is outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation, and we are not liable for losses caused by downtime, latency, or failures of systems we do not operate.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PAKD and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, loss of crypto-asset value, or trading losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service — including losses caused by Bot performance, exchange outages, or third-party conduct (including Reku's). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PAKD harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect for a version identified by an updated version date; continuing to use the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where required, we will ask you to re-accept the current version (for example, at your next login or a new Bot subscription).

14. Governing Law & Disputes
